Chef's Tasting Menu, February 14, 2004

We all have been anticipating the opening of the new restaurant by Chef Thomas Keller in New York. Per Se opened February 16, 2004 and the chef again is using Villa Mille Rose Olio Nuovo from the 2003 harvest. Maria Manetti Farrow was pleased to be invited for the February 14th opening party and a private luncheon held on February 18th. The restaurant is magnificent with beautiful classic décor and the food is excellent. We are very honored that Per Se is using Villa Mille Rose Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
